1) Provide the title of the intervention. Provide the general description of the intervention and its purpose.
2) Describe the population this intervention targeted (demographics, total number of participants, and if targeted population had disability/illness include this too).
3) Include the prescription of the intervention: Provide the length of the program (e.g. it took place over two weeks, four months, one year, etc.) and number, duration, and frequency of sessions/classes. The number is the total number of sessions/classes in the intervention program. The duration is how long each session/class occurred (e.g. 30 minutes, one hour, two hours, etc.). The frequency is how often the sessions/classes occurred (e.g. every day, once a week, twice a month, etc.).
4) Describe the effectiveness of the intervention for the targeted population (e.g. what do you think were the major results?). And provide how the effectiveness of the intervention was measured or determined (i.e. provide the name of the instrument or assessment tool and brief purpose). Also, conclude with your overall thoughts and opinions about how meaningful this intervention is for managing stress (based on the results) and do you think it could be used in general or specifically with other populations.
