There are many misunderstandings with nutrition, especially when referring to macronutrient needs, micronutrient needs, calories, and additives. You are being asked to draft a 2-3 page article for a local magazine where you address the following topics and unveil the truth behind them:
What is a calorie and why do people fear them?
Are all carbs equal and should we be limiting carbs?
Why are fats so feared? What is the truth?
