PREVIOUS PAPER INSTRUCTIONS (#507048214): OTHER: OTHER: Professor give me some feedback and an example:
Approaching standards: Revisions include some reassessment of skills, knowledges, scope or scale, or confirm some prior assessment.
Below standards: No project schedule provided, or project schedule not realistic.
Meeting standards:Some relevant research provided or validity of most prior research confirmed. References usually correctly and completely cited.
Custom Grade
Your text has no formatting or paragraph structure making it extremely difficult to read and to determine where you have completed a concept. However there are several places where you seem to write “game” where I think you are trying to talk about “gamer”. Otherwise the sentences would not make any sense.
Approaching standards
New or confirmed project description and goals created, but
sometimes inconsistent with feasibility study. You haven’t exactly provided a feasibility study and analysis. You’ve just restated your project aims. What I was looking for was for you to do these things:
1. describe your project and its goals, 2. explain what makes your project different from the project you researched (specifically DEEP, since that’s the one you talked about before), 3. define any challenges and how you would meet them, 4. verify that with these features, this is a viable project for you as a 12 week Thesis and/or 5. explain what changes to the original idea you would have to what makes your project different from the project you researched (specifically DEEP, since that’s the one you talked about before), 3. define any challenges and how you would meet them, 4. verify that with these features, this is a viable project for you as a 12 week Thesis and/or 5. explain what changes to the original idea you would have to make for it to be viable. Last, you need to provide a rough schedule for the work that you would do in the 12 weeks to verify that the goal is achievable. Or that it’s not, and would require you to scale it down or change it. So, the point is that it would have been OK to come to the conclusion that this idea was too big or difficult for you, or that you would need more time. If you did that, you might then suggest things that you would change so that you *could* use the basic idea for a Thesis. But I see no evidence that you checked the feasibility through your research to figure that out.
COMMENTS FROM PREVIOUS ORDER: PREVIOUS PAPER INSTRUCTIONS (#506238134): Based on last week’s research assignment and the responses you’ve received, you should have asked yourself: is my concept worth pursuing?
In answer, you should have reached one of three decisions. The first, “my idea is strong and fresh”, is what everyone hopes for. But you should be completely convinced that this is the case before you commit to your concept, as you can’t easily revisit that decision later.
You may have decided that the idea has some good points but also some difficulties. Possible issues: it’s too similar to existing content, has too many competitors in its space or is not sufficiently fresh and creative. If your idea would need revisions for you to continue working with it, describe the changes in focus and/or detail that would enable you to move forward. If your idea is clearly over-represented as currently conceived, provide ways you could adapt it to make it more distinctive, or suggest a different idea consistent with your research.
Include as part of this revised assessment whether or not this project is a good fit for you specifically. In other words, is this project feasible as a one-term Thesis project? Do you already have the skills and knowledge required to complete this idea? What topics would you need to become familiar with to understand the content and deliver it effectively? Remember, in this case, it’s OK to assume that you would have content information that would be relevant to your idea if it is directly related to the abstract author’s expertise.
If you determine that your original idea is solid but not feasible, analyze the deficiency and explain how you could address it (technical research, new skills, partners, etc.). Could you adapt some aspect of your original idea proposal to minimize the feasibility gap? Could you narrow your focus or trim your deliverables?
And equally important, how much time will it take to bring your idea to completion? Don’t forget that this idea is a Thesis project, not a proposal for a large corporation or entertainment giant.
Post your analysis of last week’s research, your revised idea (or restate the original idea if it was solid as first presented) and your skill, time and resources feasibility assessment.

NEED SOMEONE WHO IS FAMILIAR WITH PERSON MYMARKETINGEXPERIENCE Simulation
Present an individually-written review of your simulation company’s marketing strategy, including of the company’s objective(s), target market(s), positioning, and branding (i.e., everything covered during the first three rounds of the simulation – 1,000 words absolute max). Justify or critique your decisions and reflect on any potential strengths and weaknesses you consider your company’s strategy to have. Use relevant concepts and frameworks from this module to ensure that your opinion is clearly an educated one and to show that you have met this module’s learning outcomes. Present screen clippings from your simulation (not included in the 1,000-word limit) to (a) describe what your company’s strategy is and (b) to add evidence to your justifications and critiques. In other words, your 1,000-word essay must focus on evaluating and justifying/critiquing what happened and was decided, not on describing what happened and was decided. Describing what happened and was decided should be done using screen clippings.
Only need to analyse information from Quarter 1 to Quarter 3

Develop a customer profile, competitive analysis, and social media strategies for a given customer.

As a social media analyst, you developed a research plan for your client in the MKT330 Marketing Research and Digital Analytics course. Congratulations! The research plan was a success and now your client is requesting a Social Media Strategic Plan. Before you create the plan, you need to develop an outline to ensure that the client has everything that they require.
Create an outline that includes specific bullets with corresponding information that you can give to your client for sign-off. You will use the outline as a guide when creating your Social Media Strategic Plan. (Note: Refer to Chapter 15, Social Media Marketing Plan, for additional information.)
1. Customer profile of your target market (that is, attributes: demographics, psychographics, geographic locations, behavioral, lifestyle, and so on.).
2. Conduct a competitive analysis using the SWOT method.
Set goals and determine strategies. (Chapter 2 introduces a set of general social media goals, which provides an excellent starting point for crafting the organization-specific goals. Also, Chapter 2 introduced the Eight C’s of Strategy Development.)
3. Incorporate information regarding the observations of social media presence from the MKT330 Marketing Research and Digital Analytics course and then select platforms. (Note: Use the following five key metrics for auditing a company’s social media presence on individual social media platforms:
4. Sentiment Analysis – Shows the number of positive, neutral, or negative mentions on each social media platform where the company has a sizable presence.
5. Reach – Indicates the number of Twitter followers, Facebook fans, LinkedIn group members, Flickr view count, and so on.
Company Posts – Measure how often the company posts on each social media platform.
6. Feedback – Shows the number of comments, likes, or replies to company-generated content.
7. Average Response Time – Assesses response time to user comments on the company’s social media properties.
Cite at least three high-quality references.

Discuss this product in a single report describing Product, Place, Promotion, and Price.

Pick a product that you are interested in and prepare a report on the Marketing Mix actually used for that product. You are required to choose a product by brand name. You may choose a well-known name like Tommy Hilfiger, Nike, and Coke or a lesser-known brand such as Louisville Slugger, Peavey, or Furby. It can be a familiar product such as a soft drink, automobile, backpack, a piece of sports equipment or a computer; or one that is of special interest to you that is less familiar to most of us such as deer stands, paint ball equipment, or a musical group. The choice is yours but my one criterion is just to ensure that there is enough marketing information readily available on the good or service. Discuss this product in a single report describing Product, Place, Promotion, and Price. Divide the report into four sections and devote at least one page to each section.
I choose Tommy Hilfiger
PAPER FORMAT- USE APA Style Must have the Following Headings and Subheadings. The paper should be done in APA format, Times New Roman Font 12 pt, double spaced. You must use at least one reference- the textbook.

How are employers using customized benefits plans and flextime to meet the needs of today’s employees?

Learning Goal: I’m working on a marketing discussion question and need an explanation and answer to help me learn.
There are many contextual influences that must be taken into account when designing and implementing direct financial compensation plans, and one of them is interindustry wage or compensation differentials. Briefly, state the implications of these differentials for establishing competitive compensation programs. Then, explain the factors that contribute to the existence of interindustry wage differentials.
With a heterogeneous workforce, employers are having to be more flexible. How are employers using customized benefits plans and flextime to meet the needs of today’s employees?
[Your post must be substantive and demonstrate insight gained from the course material. Postings must be in the student’s own words – do not provide quotes!]
[Your initial post should be at least 450+ words and in APA format (including Times New Roman with font size 12 and double spaced). Post the actual body of your paper in the discussion thread then attach a Word version of the paper for APA review]

Do you think your family’s social class affects their awareness of the needs of others, and would it change if their social class changed?

Learning Goal: I’m working on a marketing question and need an explanation and answer to help me learn.
Research suggests that social class influences how much compassion people show to others who need help. For example, one study reported that luxury car drivers were more likely to cut off other motorists instead of waiting for their turn at the intersection. Another showed that less-affluent people are more likely to agree with such statements as, “I often notice people who need help,” and “It’s important to take care of people who are vulnerable.” Other studies have demonstrated that upper-class people are not as good at recognizing others’ emotions. One explanation is that more resources provide a sense of independence: the less we have to rely on others, the less we care about their feelings. Do you have personal experience that would provide evidence to this argument, either for or against? Do you think your family’s social class affects their awareness of the needs of others, and would it change if their social class changed?
