Construct a five to six question Multiple Choice Questionnaire that could be used to evaluate a student’s knowledge of a topic (for example, knowledge of tests and measurements, knowledge of internship or practicum requirements, knowledge of the difference between qualitative and quantitative research methods, knowledge of leadership skills, knowledge of APA format, etc.) In addition to the course textbook, use the Diem (2002), McCowan (1999) and Rice (2005) websites to assist in the development of your questionnaire. For each question, be sure to include a clear stem, one correct response choice and at least three foils or distractor response choices. Submit your completed questionnaire to the ADG discussion forum you are assigned to.
Respond to at least two of your group members’ multiple choice questionnaires. Be sure to consider the following when responding:
What are the strengths and weaknesses of the questionnaire overall? Consider how the items are worded and the response choices that are provided. Are the questions clear and concise? Are there any questions that are vague or unclear? Are the response choices balanced and clear? Are the response choices effective? Is there only one correct response choice? Are there any unintentional cues to the correct answer? Do the items appear to be good measures of what the student is wanting to assess? How could the questionnaire be improved?
