How was the matter resolved? What damages were paid to the injured party to resolve the dispute? Question 2 – Real Estate Advertising: The Internet has transformed the real estate business, just as it has transformed other industries. Today’s real estate professionals market properties—and themselves—online. Question 3 – Foreign Governmental and Commercial Activities: Many foreign governments have claimed that arguably commercial activities carried out by foreign governmental agencies are functions of the state and should therefore be protected from suit in U.S. courts.
