Better-Place is a pretty extreme example of a startup. At $200 million USD, it raised the largest seed round in startup history, led by Shai Agassi – a brilliant entrepreneur and business man, with a proven track record in both early stage ventures as well as large scale corporate enterprises.

Feel free to comment about the good, the bad, or things you would have done differently.
