Go back to your retail environment in the company Nordstrom and walk it. Do what you’d do as a consumer within that environment, but pay careful attention to the little things that make the experience. What are the essential elements, from the consumer perspective, of your retail environment that would need to be translated into any future retail environment? In other words, what are the consumption elements that you think will carry forward in the future, and why should the retailer pay attention to these.
As always, you have at least 500 words and 5 paragraphs to state your case. Remember to keep this single spaced with a space between paragraphs. Highlight terms you use, and show me what you know. Again, have fun with this. Think about what your future will look like.
