Santrock, J.W., Deater-Deckard, K., and Lansford, J.E. (2021). Child Development. 15th edition, McGraw-Hill.
In Chapter 1, Santrock indicates that something needs to be done to improve the education of our children. He continues to say that the biological, cognitive, and socioemotional areas of development are all interrelated and cannot be separated. In Chapter 10, Santrock discusses temperament and the link between parenting and temperament.
